DX Marathon Each year NADXA members participate in the DX Marathon which is sponsored by CQ Magazine. The object is to work as many of the CQ zones in the world (40) and as many countries as you can in the calendar year. The results are published in CQ magazine in the following year.
To make the marathon into an interesting competition, NADXA challenges the Central Arizona DX Association, located in Phoenix, to see which club can make the most points. A plaque, which was made by NADXA members NF7E, W7FYW, and KE7FXF, is awarded to the winning club to be displayed at their meetings for the year.
In 2010 the trophy was won by CADXA
